Superior teaching staff is the key of success to deliver professional tuition to our students. We have always paid close attention to the calibers of our instructors. We have a strict qualification requirement for our instructors, who must be the holder of driving instructor licence certified by the Transport Department. Apart from this, all instructors must go through an internal assessment which we called, Quality Assurance Program (QAP). It consists of "Written test", "In-car monitoring" and "Driving assessment". This QAP is conducted annually to master the level of knowledge, teaching skill and driving performance of instructors are maintained at a professional level. Any latest teaching approaches and driving techniques would also be delivered to our instructors through our internal training, regular bulletin and intranet so that they can adapt to the pulse of the new era.



Kind-hearted and conscientious service personnel

Right from your registering for the courses, you may be impressed by our professional and responsible service. Our customer service personnel are all well trained, enthusiastic and sincere to our customers. Our staff will serve you when you handle admission, registration for driving test and lessons scheduling. Additionally, we have deployed an advanced computer system to administer the 10 registration shop and centers across the territory so as to enhance service efficiency. Students only need to schedule lessons by phone calls or through the computer in our shops and centers, save time and creating more convenience for you. What's more ideal, examiners of the Transport Department will come to our road safety centers to carry out the examinations. Therefore, our students can take the road test in a familiar environment, thus enhancing their confidence to perform their best driving performance.

 

Your suggestions are precious for us to better our service

Students' suggestions are precious to make our service better. Each student is eligible, after finishing each training session, to evaluate and, make any necessarily comment to the performance and service level of our staff through the on site electronic PDA provided by School. Such valuable comments would be collected, analyzed and reviewed regularly with our instructors and service personnel to excel our services. Our one-stop service and express test arrangement are one of our achievements in continuous service quality improvement.
